Job Description

About the Role

As an Online English Writing and Analysis Course Developer at Jadeclass Education, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging online classes for students aged 6-16. You will be responsible for developing and delivering well-planned lessons, creating and testing lesson materials, and grading assignments. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English writing skills and prepare them for continuing their education abroad.

The role entails working closely with the design team to review and teach provided lesson materials, which are carefully crafted to be classroom-ready. You will also be committed to developing a full course of 15 lessons, covering topics such as story analysis, persuasive writing, and literature analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver well-planned, engaging online classes in a 1 on 8 format
  • Create, test, and revise lesson materials conforming to Jadeclass standards
  • Commit to developing a full course of 15 lessons
  • Review and teach lesson materials provided by the design team
  • Grade assignments and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in development meetings to discuss course progress and improvements
  • Collaborate with the in-house staff to ensure grading and student support outside of the classroom
  • Prepare and attend scheduled meetings with students and staff
  • Emulate the company's style and tone in teaching and communication
