About the Role
As an Online Korean speaking - English Teacher at Global LT, you will play a vital role in helping business professionals and their families worldwide improve their English language skills. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and delivering customized online lessons, monitoring students' progress, and guiding them towards their learning goals. What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver customized online English lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and create tailored lesson plans to meet their needs

What We Are Looking For
- Native-level English language proficiency
- Fluency in Korean
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in an online setting
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in online learning platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and planning skills
