What You Will Do
- Lead the execution of key operational initiatives to ensure business priorities are delivered on time and to standard.
- Own operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and build systems that support rapid scaling.
- Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences to create clarity, accountability, and consistency across teams.
- Drive cross-functional coordination by working closely with product, technology, marketing, customer, and commercial teams.
- Act as a central point to unblock issues and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Support market expansion and scaling efforts by coordinating local operational readiness, office setup, and execution of go-to-market activities.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to continuously improve execution quality and operational outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in operations, consulting, business management, fintech, or high-growth startups.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of its operations and challenges.
- Proven ability to scale operations or drive complex initiatives from start to finish.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance management frameworks to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to structure ambiguity and make decisive execution calls in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Excel and other operational tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
