About the Role
Gridware is developing innovative hardware to safeguard communities from electricity distribution disasters. We're seeking an Operations Analyst to help identify, analyze, and interpret trends from our device data.Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time data streams from field sensors and respond to alerts.
- Investigate and localize real-time faults with minimal error, following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with Supervisors on ad-hoc data requests and follow up during investigations.
Requirements
- STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- Proficiency in English for efficient communication.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and anomaly detection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
