Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly resourceful and ambitious Operations Analyst to join our lean, fast-paced legal team. This role requires a product-focused mindset, with the ability to automate and scale processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own entity compliance across the US and Canada, ensuring our corporate entities are in 'Good Standing'.
  • Protect the brand by monitoring intellectual property presence and addressing infringements.
  • Investigate and educate on complex consumer escalations, identifying root causes and implementing compliance training initiatives.
  • Drive product and process improvements, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic changes.
  • Lead compliance audits, proactively monitoring key risk areas to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance.
  • Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and a driver mindset.
