About the Role
As an Operations Associate - AI Developer at Sitetracker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's AI-first future. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying AI agents and automations that drive business efficiency and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies, including Salesforce, and make a direct impact on the company's operations.The role operates on an afternoon shift, ensuring meaningful overlap with the US-based Director of Operations and the broader Customer Experience team. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to receive design requirements and user stories, which you will then translate into fully functional AI agents, automations, and skills.
What You Will Do
- Build intelligent automations that live inside and interact with Salesforce, using AI tools like Claude, Agentforce, Cursor, and Gemini
- Construct AI-powered actions that read and write to Salesforce objects, surfacing insights and triggering workflows
- Develop Salesforce Flows, Apex backed automations, and LWC components that eliminate manual work across the Customer Experience organization
- Execute a complete build cycle for every assignment, including reading and clarifying design documents, building independently, self-testing, and submitting fully documented builds for quality review
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to define design requirements and user stories
- Work seamlessly across both process automation and Salesforce systems domains to deliver high-impact solutions
- Demonstrate cross-domain capability and execute builds across multiple domains
- Participate in design document handoffs, build reviews, and quality gate discussions during the overlap window with EST time
What We Are Looking For
- AI tool fluency and experience building multiple AI-assisted automations or agents in a professional context
- Salesforce administration, configuration, and development experience, including complex Salesforce Flows and validation rules
- Experience with Apex or SOQL, including reading and interpreting basic code
- Ability to build Salesforce automations that connect to external systems or trigger cross-object workflows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce object relationships, APIs, and data management
- Experience with programmatic skills, including writing effective prompt engineering logic
- Ability to define and execute AI agent quality testing, including regression checks and documenting expected vs. actual outputs
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI agent deployment in a production environment, including defining scope, writing prompts, validating outputs, and documenting for handoff
- Knowledge of AI tool landscapes, including Claude, Agentforce, Cursor, and Gemini
- Experience with agent frameworks and AI-powered actions
