About the Role

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement Lead to help deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences. The role involves defining and executing strategies that enable servicing operations to grow efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer and merchant outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with servicing strategy and business priorities.
  • Set strategic direction by defining and executing the servicing strategy, developing clear program roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Lead transformation initiatives to unlock efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methodologies.
