About the Role
The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in دبÙ, دب٠اÙإ٠ارات اÙعربÙØ© اÙ٠تØدة, with expectations to travel around the country. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies. Your expertise in analyzing operational data, coordinating with teams to resolve process issues, and supporting operational management initiatives will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and performance.The role involves supporting the onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing support of existing and future merchants, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and fostering positive working relationships. Your ability to drive operational excellence in alignment with company goals will be essential in this position.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to company policies
- Analyze operational data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with teams to resolve process issues and implement operational management initiatives
- Support the onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing support of existing and future merchants
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including merchants, teams, and management
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence in alignment with company goals
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure seamless commerce experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in operations and operations management
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Car and driver's license are essential
- Familiarity with payment systems, Point of Sale software, or commerce platforms is a plus
