About the Role
Equinix is seeking an Operations Intern to assist with technical operations, focusing on managing support tickets and client communications in a remote environment.Responsibilities
- Monitor support ticket queues and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
- Engage with clients for updates and necessary clarifications.
- Organize, update, and maintain operational and technical documentation.
- Complete operational checklists in line with internal procedures.
- Keep internal systems updated with relevant information.
- Assist the team with tasks aligning with the intern's development.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with at least 18 months remaining.
- Pursuing studies in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, or related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in computer use and technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
