About the Role

As the Operations Manager at Montclair Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of business processes, allowing the founder to concentrate on growth and brand strategy. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all paid advertising campaigns, adjusting budgets and flagging underperformance.
  • Maintain and update content across more than 40 website pages to optimize for SEO.
  • Ensure cleanliness and integrity of the candidate database in the CRM system.
  • Maintain dashboards to track lead progress and KPIs, noting any anomalies.
  • Oversee AI-driven workflows and integrations for automation.
  • Handle invoicing, collections, and track expenses effectively.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with the remote team to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Document and maintain current SOPs for recruitment processes.
  • Train and onboard new recruiters ensuring access to necessary resources.
  • Execute social media posts according to the founder’s strategy and branding direction.
  • Monitor security systems to filter spam and bot traffic efficiently.
  • Coordinate background checks during the trial stage of candidate onboarding.
  • Manage newsletter distribution and maintain the subscriber list in collaboration with the founder.
  • Oversee community management with external VAs across different platforms.
  • Perform follow-up communications after placements to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Adjust management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in remote environments.
