What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop team leaders and travel consultants to deliver exceptional travel agency operational services
  • Monitor individual and team performance goals and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Ensure that company standards are met and that operational efficiency and effectiveness are improved
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise within the team

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of travel agency operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a team remotely
