About the Role
Field AI is seeking an experienced Operations Recruiter to lead hiring efforts across Revenue, Business Operations, and Finance. This position is pivotal in building teams that drive the company's growth, from financial planning to sales and revenue operations.Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specified roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and success criteria.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
- Conduct interviews, manage candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with Field AI's values.
- Collaborate on headcount planning, compensation alignment, and onboarding.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on revenue, operations, and finance roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and negotiation abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in Series A-C startups, especially in AI, robotics, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with compensation structures for sales and revenue teams.
