  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for operations roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidate records up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment database.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates, to continually improve the recruitment process.
## What We Are Looking For - Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital skills and their application in remote work settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and decency in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
## Nice to Have - Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employment branding.
