About the Role
The Operations Specialist role at Pavago is a critical component of the company's workforce management strategy. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day workforce operations on a live scheduling platform, ensuring that shifts are filled, workers are activated, and clients experience seamless execution. What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day workforce operations on a live scheduling platform
- Ensure shifts are filled, workers are activated, and clients experience seamless execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize scheduling, and improve overall performance
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations, staffing, or workforce coordination roles
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a neutral or modest accent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency using digital platforms, internal systems, and operational tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in data analysis and process improvement
