Operations Staff

About the Role

The role is critical to the success of the company, as it involves managing local geography and ensuring that operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local area, as well as excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages.

As a member of the Blue Dart team, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be expected to be flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet, as well as being able to work well under pressure.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Manage local geography, ensuring that operations are running smoothly
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of company assets
• Develop and implement quality control measures, ensuring high standards of service delivery

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12th pass, preferably Graduate
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a hub background
• Strong organizational commitment and ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
• Knowledge of local geography and ability to manage operations in the area

Nice to Have

• Experience of working in a remote team environment
• Knowledge of digital skills, including social media and online platforms
• Experience of working with local partners and suppliers
• Ability to speak multiple languages, including local dialects
• Experience of managing budgets and resources
