What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12th pass, preferably Graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a hub background
- Strong organizational commitment and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of local geography and ability to manage operations in the area
