What You Will Do

• Manage local geography and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Utilize digital skills to track and monitor operations, including data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including operational metrics and performance data
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12th pass, preferably a graduate degree
• 3-4 years of experience in a hub background, preferably in operations or logistics
• High organizational commitment and good team work ethic
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in local languages (Hindi, English)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Knowledge of local geography, including transportation hubs and logistics networks

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital tools, including data analysis software and project management platforms
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management
• Familiarity with industry-specific software, including transportation management systems
• Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
