About the Role
The Operations Staff role at Blue Dart is a critical component of the company's remote operations team. What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12th pass, preferably a graduate degree
- 3-4 years of experience in a hub background, preferably in operations or logistics
- High organizational commitment and good team work ethic
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in local languages (Hindi, English)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Knowledge of local geography, including transportation hubs and logistics networks
