About the Role
The Operations Staff role at DHL eCommerce is a critical position that requires a highly organized and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the company's logistics and supply chain. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12th pass, preferably a graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in a hub background or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Knowledge of local geography and logistics operations
- Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and respond creatively to challenges
