About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia, you will be the driving force behind Belle's in-home care model, overseeing a network of Community Health Workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Your expertise in Excel and leadership will be crucial in managing teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving growth in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless appointment scheduling, technician development, and issue resolution.The role requires a unique blend of recruitment, market development, and operational excellence, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a tangible impact in the healthcare industry. Belle's care model is designed to detect emerging health risks early, often before they escalate, and the company's telehealth team and nurses coordinate follow-up care and take action when issues arise. What You Will Do
- Lead technician hiring and onboarding in partnership with centralized recruiting and training teams
- Conduct field-based shadowing and provide real-time coaching to technicians
- Facilitate technician check-ins and performance reviews to ensure consistent delivery of care
- Support technicians in meeting certification and compliance requirements
- Foster a connected and motivated team culture through ongoing engagement initiatives
- Provide proactive coaching on hospitality, documentation, attendance, and professionalism
- Monitor KPIs such as attendance, appointment fulfillment, and CSAT
- Ensure proper execution of Belle's care model and scope of practice
- Manage documentation audits and follow up on quality concerns
- Track technician availability and support schedule optimization
- Report safety concerns, policy violations, or compliance issues as needed
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams on escalations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Prior experience managing a field-based or remote team, preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industries
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and action-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and compassionately
- Familiarity with scheduling, attendance, or workforce tools
- Residence in Atlanta, Georgia, with the ability to travel locally to support CHWs in the field (15-25% expected)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
