About the Role

The Optimizer role at Clayton is a key position that involves managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions. What You Will Do

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimize operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data-driven decisions are made to drive business growth
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Work with the team to develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to other team members on data analysis and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business operations

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or mathematics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
