About the Role

The Options Specialist role at Higharc is a critical component of the Solutions Consulting team, responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Higharc Studio and external ERP & CRM systems. This position requires a deep understanding of the homebuilding ecosystem and the ability to analyze complex data sets. As an Options Specialist, you will work closely with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants to develop and execute option mapping strategies, resolving discrepancies and improving mapping efficiency over time.

The successful candidate will be eager to support Higharc's growing customer base and will have a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail. What You Will Do

  • Execute and define the option mapping strategy in conjunction with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants
  • Review ERP export files to identify options that do not align with Higharc formats
  • Accurately recreate or re-map options into Higharc tools to ensure pricing and configuration are correct
  • Maintain meticulous records of mappings completed and any issues encountered
  • Conduct testing of mapped resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve mapping efficiency over time
  • Develop and maintain operational playbooks and processes to support the growth of the customer base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the homebuilding sector
  • Provide input on product development and enhancement to ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance personal and team skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, options, data entry, ERP support, or similar technical roles
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • High attention to detail and strong task ownership
  • Comfort working in tools like CSV files, databases, or browser-based design/configuration software
  • Ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks with consistency, and communicate clearly with teammates
  • Experience with option mapping, data integration, or related fields
  • Familiarity with homebuilding software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Higharc Enterprise customer integration support
  • Knowledge of construction management software or building information modeling (BIM)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Certification in data analysis, project management, or a related field
