About the Role

As an optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting eye check-ups, dispensing medication, and providing exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. You will be expected to greet and welcome customers, guide them through the clinic, and promote the free eye check-up service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's standards, including cleaning equipment and ensuring that the store is well-maintained. - Conduct eye check-ups and provide diagnoses and treatment plans
- Dispense medication and provide guidance on eye care
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Achieve sales targets and promote Lenskart's products and services
- Maintain store standards, including cleaning equipment and ensuring that the store is well-maintained
- Work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and sales
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry and eyewear
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
