What You Will Do
- Dispense accurate prescriptions and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids
- Perform refractions and diagnose customer needs

- Fit contact lenses and care for customers
- Use low vision aids and make adjustments and repairs to spectacles
- Manage inventory of lenses and optical products
- Provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and stock
- Conduct audits on fitments and dispensing techniques
- Maintain quality control and ensure high standards of service
- Escalate any issues or disputes to management as required
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
What We Are Looking For
- D. Optom, B Optom, or M Optom degree
- 0-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in optometry and dispensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain quality control
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
