Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) Functional Lead

About the Role

Day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing project scope, client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of Oracle Cloud AR implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector implementations and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

What You Will Do

• Lead Oracle Cloud AR implementations from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to overcome challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud AR with other systems
• Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Cloud AR configurations and customizations
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are comfortable using the system
• Conduct regular reviews of Oracle Cloud AR performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud AR, applying this knowledge to improve implementation strategies
• Manage client expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of two end-to-end, hands-on Oracle Cloud AR implementations, with a focus on public sector projects
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Receivables, including Billing, Cash Receipts, AutoInvoice, Lockbox, and Trading Community Architecture
• Experience in managing complex projects, with a proven track record of delivering results on time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices, with a focus on Oracle Cloud
• Experience with agile project management methodologies, with a focus on iterative and incremental delivery
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the business implications of technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Oracle Cloud Payables or Oracle Cloud General Ledger
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations
• Certification in Oracle Cloud AR or a related field, such as Oracle Certified Professional
