About the Role

The Oracle CPQ Senior Manager position at PwC is a pivotal role that combines strategic vision with technical expertise to drive client success through Oracle solutions. As part of the Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) team, you will be integral in helping organizations navigate their digital ambitions, transitioning from resource-intensive business models to subscription-based models that foster scalability and efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to identify and address client needs across the Lead-to-Revenue cycle. This encompasses a broad spectrum of activities, from sales and sales operations to billing, fulfillment, and revenue management. Your ability to analyze detailed processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions will be crucial in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle CPQ solutions to drive revenue growth and process efficiency for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored Oracle solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's CX suite, including Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze client operations to identify areas for improvement in the Lead-to-Revenue cycle and propose solutions.
  • Manage and coach a team of Oracle consultants, providing technical guidance and oversight on projects.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to clients on the effective use of Oracle solutions.
  • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales proposals and pitches.
  • Stay abreast of new developments and advancements in Oracle technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by authoring articles, whitepapers, or speaking at industry events on topics related to Oracle, digital transformation, and the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on CPQ and Lead-to-Revenue solutions.
  • Intimate knowledge of Oracle's CX suite, particularly CPQ Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Experience working with multiple business models, including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles, specifically ASC 606.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale Oracle implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Experience with global compliance and regulatory requirements that impact the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Knowledge of core finance system implementation and optimization, finance strategy, and transformation.
  • Familiarity with shared services and outsourcing models.
