Job Description
About the Role
The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and sustaining digital transformation (DT) applications and solutions in support of the value chain. This role will serve as a liaison between DT and the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) supply chain function, providing project management, application support, and implementation of business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in information technology and experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) or Oracle ASCP.The role entails working closely with internal supply chain business partners to understand current business initiatives and identify opportunities for process standardization. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end system implementation or improvements initiatives. As a key member of the team, the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing DT programs, projects, and agile initiatives, including cross-functional staff or external consultants.
What You Will Do
- Manage Supply Planning applications lifecycle, including vendor relationship
- Own, manage, and nurture relationships with internal Supply Chain business partners
- Understand current business initiatives and identify opportunities for process standardization
- Collaborate with business functions to drive end-to-end system implementation or improvements initiatives
- Work together with business partners to identify opportunities for improvements that maximize the use of digital solutions
- Identify data and analytics gaps and collaborate in the design, functional specification, test, and rollout of reports and dashboards
- Set key performance indicators, milestones, and establish a reporting cadence
- Ensure application development is aligned with company standards and meets compliance and regulatory requirements
- Develop high-performing teams through functional and technical leadership skills
- Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to direct and indirect reports
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience
- 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) experience
- Strong technical background in information technology
- Experience with Oracle EBS/ERP (SCM module - Materials Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics)
- Project management experience
- ERP functional expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business or information systems related fields
- Master's degree in science or business preferred
- Ample experience with Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics processes and tools
- Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain modules
Nice to Have
- APICS or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with PL/SQL and SQL development
- Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Integration capabilities
