About the Role
The Oracle HCM Cloud - Manager role at PwC is a key position that entails leading the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud solutions for global clients. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, configuration, and deployment of these solutions, ensuring they meet the complex needs of PwC's diverse client base. This role is crucial in helping organizations achieve their digital transformation goals and capitalize on business opportunities.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless execution of Oracle HCM Cloud projects. You will also collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
As part of PwC's Oracle consulting practice, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping clients modernize their HR business processes using Oracle's suite of applications. This includes core HR, benefits, payroll, recruiting, talent management, compensation, and learning, among others.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for global clients
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Oversee the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in project delivery
- Manage and supervise a team of professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success
- Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions that meet client needs
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of PwC's service offerings and their application to client needs
- Identify and address client needs, building and maintaining networks of client relationships and community involvement
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutions
- Proven success in leading efforts in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including experience with Oracle Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, CC&B, Siebel, and Hyperion
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective solutions
- Experience in supervising teams and creating an atmosphere of trust and encouragement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex ideas and develop meaningful recommendations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve their goals
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle application modules, including functional configuration and technical development
- Knowledge of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions and their implementation
- Experience working with global clients and teams, with a strong understanding of cultural and geographical differences
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or a related field
