About the Role
As an Oracle Record to Report Lead at Accenture, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating design workshops, demonstrating understanding of business needs, and recommending robust designs. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their Record to Report (R2R) business requirements and help them transform their business with Oracle.The role entails leading projects and teams, as well as diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. You will be responsible for spotting strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs. You will also work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offerings powered by Oracle Cloud.

What You Will Do
- Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements
- Demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design
- Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
- Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offerings powered by Oracle Cloud
- Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions
- Plan and organize tasks and report progress on track/deliverables
- Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to ensure projects get delivered
- Stay up-to-date on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give clients the best solutions for their needs
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with end-to-end Record to Report business processes
- Minimum of 1 full-life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience)
- Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification

- Experience with Cross-Functional other Oracle Cloud products
