About the Role

As an Order Management and Operations Manager at Exaware, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient post-delivery financial processes and operational support for our US business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth coordination across various departments.
  • Manage the full ordering process, from vendor coordination to tracking deliveries.
  • Handle customer invoicing, ensuring all costs are accurately included.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain and report on operational records and documentation.
  • Support the COO in planning and improving operational processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, order management, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
