As an Organic Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the company's organic presence across key online channels. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing communities on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, where critical conversations about car insurance and repair are happening.

The role requires a deep understanding of these platforms and the ability to engage with users in a genuine and valuable manner. What You Will Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy across Reddit, Quora, TikTok, and other key platforms.
Build and maintain Jerry.ai's subreddits, ensuring they become active and trusted communities.
Create a content and engagement strategy that leverages AI tools for scalability without compromising on authenticity.
Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and capitalize on organic growth opportunities.
Work with the Content team to develop a consistent voice and message across all platforms.
Engage with users on various platforms, providing valuable insights and support.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine the organic growth strategy.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and community management.
Develop and maintain a playbook for community engagement across different platforms.
Measure the success of organic growth efforts through metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic.

What We Are Looking For

1+ year of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or a related consumer-facing industry.
Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with online communities.
