About the Role

The Organisation Development, Human Resources (Temp) role at People Profilers is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company's most valuable asset - its employees. As the liaison officer for learning & development initiatives, this role entails planning, organizing, and executing various training programs, sponsorship initiatives, and internship schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and developing tailored solutions to address these gaps.

The role is situated within the Human Resources department and will require close collaboration with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external training providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be meticulous in their work, and possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on employee development.

What You Will Do

  • Support the implementation of company-wide training programs by organizing suitable initiatives that address employee development needs.
  • Assist in planning the annual training budget and ensure that training expenditures are kept within the allocated budget.
  • Manage the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training records and content updates.
  • Provide support to employees' inquiries regarding education sponsorships and source relevant academic programs as needed.
  • Administer program enrollments, manage payment processes, and handle necessary training bond documentation.
  • Oversee the education sponsorship budget, ensuring that it is managed and monitored effectively.
  • Support the planning and organization of the New Hires Orientation Program and other company-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of a Diploma qualification or a Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of Singapore's employment laws.
  • Prior experience with Workday will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong focus on employee development and growth.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing learning and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software, such as HRIS and LMS.
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM or CIPD.
