Outbound Lead Generation Specialist - (Cold Email Focus)

## About the Role Pavago is seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth through highly targeted and strategic cold email campaigns.

## Responsibilities - Research and compile prospect lists using various lead databases such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase.

• Create compelling email campaigns, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, tailored to prospect pain points.
• Manage deliverability by warming up sending domains and IPs.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, templates, send times, and CTAs.
• Qualify leads by monitoring replies, categorizing responses, and flagging interested prospects.

- Familiarize yourself with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to stand out in your application.

• Develop a portfolio that showcases your ability to create and optimize cold email campaigns, including examples of successful subject lines and CTAs.
• Prepare to discuss your strategy for maintaining high email deliverability rates and how you stay compliant with email marketing regulations.
• During interviews, be ready to walk through your process for A/B testing and campaign optimization, providing specific metrics on how you've improved conversion rates in previous roles.
• Consider highlighting any experience you have with email warm-up tools like Mailwarm, Instantly, or Lemlist warmup to demonstrate your expertise in deliverability management.
