What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach efforts, leveraging email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage with prospects
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies, using Muck Rack's tools and systems to stay organized and focused
- Prospect leads and identify new business opportunities, utilizing AI-powered workflows to streamline your efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach efforts and drive pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Stay informed about industry trends and news, using this knowledge to inform your outreach efforts and stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Continuously evaluate and refine your outreach strategies, using data and feedback to optimize your approach
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a SaaS sales development role or related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers
- Experience with sales pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
