About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative role at Omada.ai is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping small businesses thrive in the digital age. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Omada.ai in your local community, connecting with business owners, identifying their needs, and showcasing how Omada.ai's AI-powered marketing platform can help them succeed. This role requires a strong understanding of the local business landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

Day-to-day, you will be identifying potential clients, starting conversations, and demonstrating the value of Omada.ai's platform. You will work closely with the Omada.ai team to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Identify 10-50 local businesses in your area using Omada.ai's Route Planner
  • Start conversations with business owners, either in person or over the phone, to understand their marketing needs
  • Showcase the benefits of Omada.ai's AI-powered marketing platform, highlighting its ability to handle marketing tasks and free up time for business owners to focus on their core operations
  • Offer free trials to interested businesses, allowing them to experience the platform firsthand
  • Utilize HubSpot to track leads, follow up with potential clients, and close deals
  • Continuously update your knowledge of Omada.ai's platform and the local business landscape to provide the best possible solutions for your clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying areas where Omada.ai can differentiate itself
  • Collaborate with the Omada.ai team to share best practices, feedback, and insights to improve the overall sales strategy
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and marketing skills

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with small business owners
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Experience working with small businesses or in a sales role, although not required
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Passion for AI and its applications in marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Residency in the United States and at least 18 years of age
