About the Role
As a Paid Ads Manager - Google at Talent Hackers, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms for ecommerce brands. Your primary focus will be on driving scalable growth and maximizing return on ad spend. You will work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with marketing goals and collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns. You should be comfortable working with performance metrics, testing new strategies, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve lead generation and ecommerce performance.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns in Google, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and retargeting
- Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign structures aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor daily performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and marketing teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and reporting tools
- Stay updated on platform policy changes, trends, and best practices in paid media
- Perform other marketing and lead-gen related tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce brands, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and retargeting
- Experience managing spend of 0k - $50k+ per month, preferably for ecommerce brands
- Intermediate experience in Google Sheets/Excel for basic campaign reporting
- Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Experience working in an agency environment, preferably with US experience
- Certifications or experience running Meta ads campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Gmail and Slack for internal communications
- Familiarity with CRO principles and experience with landing page optimization
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
