About the Role

Tier3 Media is seeking a Paid Ads Strategist to manage paid advertising for 30-35 medical spa clients. As a full-stack marketer, you will be responsible for driving strategy and growth for your portfolio with the support of an Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and run weekly internal team meetings to discuss what's working, what's not, and what to test
  • Analyze full-funnel performance, including ads, landing pages, follow-up, and bookings
  • Build and optimize Meta and Google campaigns daily, writing ad copy that converts and testing creative angles, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Fix broken landing pages and design email/SMS sequences that drive bookings

Requirements

  • Expertise in Meta ads and strong Google Ads skills, with 3+ years of experience and proven results
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and landing page copy
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and ability to connect ad spend to practice revenue
