About the Role
The Paid Media Buyer role is pivotal in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook and Google Ads. This involves a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and the ability to analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team based in Argentina, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Day-to-day, the role entails managing campaign budgets, optimizing ad targeting, and ensuring all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy. The Paid Media Buyer will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement cross-platform ad strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Utilize GA4 and GTM to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Create and edit ad creatives, including video, graphics, and copywriting, to ensure high-quality ad content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Facebook and Google Ads, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign success.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and cross-platform ad strategies.
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and other performance tracking tools.
- Experience in creating and editing ad creatives, including video, graphics, and copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
