About the Role
The Paid Media Lead role at HyperionDev is a critical position that will drive the company's growth through paid media strategies. The Paid Media Lead will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure that paid media campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets to achieve maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms and vendors
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance
- Present campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on growth and analytics
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies
- Experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis tools, including Google Analytics and Excel
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members
