About the Role

The Paid Media Lead position at Directive is a crucial role that involves overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and managing custom client strategies, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and driving referrals via client relationships and professional networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing campaign performance data, and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI.

The role requires a deep understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions, as well as the ability to confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM. You will work closely with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved, and you will be expected to execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Communicate with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality
  • Drive referrals via client relationships and professional networks
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel
  • Optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
  • Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved
  • Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech clients in an agency setting
  • Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
