About the Role
Directive is seeking a Paid Media Lead to oversee and manage a collection of paid media accounts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing custom client strategies, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and driving referrals through client relationships and professional networks.Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency
- Experience working with B2B SaaS and tech clients
- Expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
