About the Role

The Paid Media Lead role at Workshop Digital is a remote position that requires a high level of expertise in paid media campaigns. As a Paid Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that paid media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.

The Paid Media Lead will play a key role in driving business growth through paid media channels. This will involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media platforms and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns.

The Paid Media Lead will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that paid media campaigns are integrated with other marketing channels. This is a remote role, and the successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement changes to optimize campaign results
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with paid media vendors and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media platforms and technologies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Director of Digital Marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with paid media management tools and technologies
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta platforms

Nice to Have
