What You Will Do

- Optimize ads for better performance, including ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, including brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of paid media, including new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Manage and allocate budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring that spend is optimized and aligned with client goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, including campaign performance, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective ad creatives.

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management, including experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
