What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance using various metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment of paid media with overall marketing goals.

- Provide regular campaign performance reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's digital footprint and reach new audiences.
- Ensure all paid media campaigns are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to apply them in a strategic manner.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
