About the Role
As a Paid Media Manager at Felix Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.The Paid Media Manager role is integral to the company's marketing function, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative. What You Will Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization decisions and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maximization of ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, platforms, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that drive conversions and support business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing complex campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging channels.
- Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and inform optimization decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
