About the Role
The Paid Media Manager position at Talent Sam is a critical component of the company's digital marketing strategy. As a key member of the marketing team, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. They will work closely with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement campaign strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance metrics. They will be responsible for managing campaign budgets, monitoring ROI, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and return on investment. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Conduct audience research and targeting strategies to drive campaign effectiveness
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to inform future campaign strategies
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop advertising assets and campaign concepts
- Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends and platform updates to ensure best practices
- Identify growth opportunities and campaign scaling strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion metrics
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience with campaign optimization, budget management, and ROI analysis
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign strategy development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube advertising platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Certification in Google Analytics and/or other digital marketing tools
