About the Role
The Paid Media Manager position at Terra is a strategic and data-driven role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision. As a key member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display advertising. Your primary objective will be to drive performance and optimize campaign results, utilizing AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of B2B clients, each with their unique marketing objectives and challenges. You will need to be adept at analyzing campaign data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance. Your ability to zoom out and define direction, and then zoom in to improve performance, will be essential in this role.
