About the Role
As a Paid Media Marketer at Hire Hangar, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive paid media strategies to drive e-commerce sales. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, including metrics such as ROI, CPC, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive
- Manage and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI
- Create and present regular campaign reports to stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive growth and improve campaign performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal team members
- Stay organized and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign targeting to ensure optimal results
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta
- Proven track record of success in driving conversions and improving campaign efficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with campaign management tools and software
