## What You Will Do - Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with Deliveroo's marketing objectives - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies - Work closely with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets - Analyze campaign performance data to inform future campaign decisions and optimize ROI - Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices - Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources - Provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for improvement - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with paid media campaigns
## What We Are Looking For - At least 3 years of experience in paid media marketing, with a focus on digital platforms - Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns - Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and inform future decisions - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
