About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform campaign decisions
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta, as well as other paid media platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with data and analytics to inform campaign decisions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaign strategies
