About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist role at Kalungi is pivotal in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. This position is central to generating high-quality B2B SaaS leads and is part of a high-performing team that executes full-funnel campaigns with a focus on bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) strategies. As a key member of the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for the daily management and optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet the desired metrics and contribute to the strategic planning for multiple client engagements.The success of Kalungi's performance marketing team is built on the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance the return on investment (ROI) for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, as well as analytical tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid media campaigns, conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and contributing to strategic planning.

What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and other key B2B platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and copy/ad asset development to optimize campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Cost per Lead (CPL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pipeline metrics, using HubSpot for tracking.
- Review performance and lead quality via HubSpot on a daily basis.
- Manage negative keywords, search terms, and ad responses to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Respond to client queries via Slack or HubSpot in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide performance snapshots and pacing reports on a weekly basis.
- Analyze Click-Through Rates (CTR), CPL trends, and investigate anomalies in campaign performance.
- Review audience performance and ad asset effectiveness to inform future campaign strategies.
- Update Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for each engagement to reflect campaign goals and progress.
- Conduct platform audits, including Auction Insights, Quality Score, and Professional Demographics, to optimize campaign performance.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Paid Media, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of CAC, SQLs, MQLs, and pipeline metrics, with the ability to analyze and act on data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on campaign optimization.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
Nice to Have
- Experience withSpyFu and other competitor analysis tools.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with MS Clarity and other user experience analytics tools.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms.
