About the Role
The Paid Media Specialist role at Noventra Group is a critical component of their partner-brand development strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for various partner brands. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategy to ensure maximum return on investment.Noventra Group is not a traditional marketing agency, and this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of partner brands across multiple markets. Their approach is centered on partner-brand development, market expansion, campaign coordination, digital acquisition, and performance-focused commercial operations. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be working closely with remote teams across different markets, requiring strong written communication skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media optimization, campaign reporting, and performance analysis. They will be able to interpret advertising data and make practical campaign decisions, with a focus on driving business growth and improving campaign efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for partner brands
- Review campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategy to ensure maximum return on investment
- Monitor key performance indicators, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency
- Identify issues in campaign setup, tracking, creative performance, funnel quality, and landing page conversion flow
- Review ad creatives, hooks, messaging, visuals, offers, and campaign angles to optimize campaign performance
- Prepare clear campaign reports, optimization notes, and performance summaries
- Recommend practical next steps based on campaign data and commercial objectives
- Support campaign testing, scaling decisions, and performance improvement plans
- Work with remote teams across different markets and maintain clear written communication
- Keep campaign documentation organized, including changes, observations, results, and recommendations
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, or similar Google Ads campaign types
- Strong understanding of paid media optimization, campaign reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to interpret advertising data and make practical campaign decisions
- Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable performance outcomes
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and communicate clearly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple campaigns or brand accounts
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Shopify, landing pages, CRM tracking, or conversion tracking setup
- Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, premium products, or service-based campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience preparing weekly or monthly paid media reports
- Experience with creative testing, ad angle analysis, funnel review, and campaign scaling
- Experience working with international teams or multiple partner-brand campaigns
- Experience with business-managed advertising accounts, invoiced ad accounts, monthly billing structures, or partner-brand ad operations
